LEED’S NEW HIRES, PROMOTIONS, AND REASSIGNMENTS

Leed’s sees changes in field sales representatives, business development
representatives, and Leed’s key contacts

PITTSBURGH — January 22, 2007 — The new year brings new faces to Leed’s. There are three new field sales representatives. Both Anna Lindquist (Southern California and Arizona) and Nina Davi (Northern California, Northern Nevada, and Utah) have joined the Leed’s team and Matt Rosenbaum, responsible for Michigan and Indiana, has been promoted from business development representative. Natalie Matta has taken over Matt’s previous role and is representing Southern Texas and Louisiana. Along with Natalie, Carolyn Jensen (Pennsylvania, Western New York, and Delaware), Josie Powell (Florida territory), Robin Kerr (Pacific Northwest area), and Josh Strosser (Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico) will all be working as business development representatives at Leed’s. Jeff Ignozzi and Pete Catone represent national accounts as key business development representatives. There are fifteen new key contacts: Derrick Carter, Donna Dalsass, Courtney Davis, Cate Fouse, Michael Haft, Jen Markulin, Kristen Marsella, David McCartney, Chuck McCrea, Saundra Renwick, Marcy Sader, Mark Trozzi, Kelly Vergerio, Jennifer Wilton, and Scott Woodward. Jaclyn Bullis and Nicole Taradena are now customer solutions representatives. Heather Newingham, Dave Logero and Desiree Brusco work at Leed’s as key service representatives. Barb Wright and Missy Peterson have both been at Leed’s for six years and have been promoted to customer operations supervisor.

Field Sales Representatives
Matt, Nina, and Anna will provide top-notch service by collaborating with distributors during sales visits, at regional shows, and will be in close contact with Leed’s business development representatives. There have also been adjustments made with Leed’s territory representation to better serve all parts of the country. Michael Rosenbaum now handles Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Western New York. Stephanie West represents all of Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.

Nina Davi
Joining Leed’s from Sanford Business-to-Business, Nina has sales experience and enjoys brainstorming with customers on projects. Having served on the Promotional Marketing Association of Northern California (PMANC) board for two years, Nina is now the secretary and director of membership for the organization. With a strong understanding of the industry, Nina is an asset to Leed’s.

Anna Lindquist
Anna comes to Leed’s from Logomark, Inc. and brings enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of the territory. Anna is looking forward to her work at Leed’s and states, “this is a tremendous opportunity to join a dynamic organization.”

Matt Rosenbaum
Matt Rosenbaum was recognized in 2005 in an elite group in Counselor’s “30 Under 30” and was awarded Leed’s Rookie of the Year. Moving through the ranks, Rosenbaum has been with Leed’s for four years serving as inside sales manager and also as a business development representative before his current position of field sales representative for Michigan and Indiana. Working out in the field, Matt looks forward to “creating value by helping customers grow their existing accounts.”

Business Development Representatives
As business development representatives, Natalie, Carolyn, Josie, Robin, Josh, Pete, and Jeff will provide Leed’s customers with catalog quantity quotes, project ideas, case histories, custom projects, proactive inquiries, and many other value-add information.

Natalie Matta
A Leed’s employee since 2004, Natalie worked as a prospector and an inside sales manager and is returning to sales after developing her supervisory skills in our customer service department. It is that background that made her an excellent fit as a Leed’s senior business development representative. Natalie will be taking over the Southern Texas territory.

Carolyn Jensen
Carolyn Jensen has close to 15 years of sales experience with Ford Motor Co. as an inside sales manager. Carolyn will be taking over Pennsylvania, Western New York, and Delaware.

Josie Powell
Josie Powell joins Leed’s with previous experience in the real estate industry where she sold new leases and as well as supporting clients through relationship building and post sale service. As an energetic, creative, and passionate worker, she will be managing the Florida territory.

Robin Kerr
Robin Kerr, a Leed’s employee since 2002, has been promoted from a key contact. She has demonstrated the attributes of an effective salesperson through their work with some of our largest accounts. Robin will be managing the Pacific Northwest territory

Josh Strosser
Josh Strosser, a two-year veteran at Leed’s, has been promoted from a key contact. With a high-level of proficiency, an eye for details, and a high-energy level, Josh will be representing Southern California territory.

Pete Catone
Pete joined Leed’s in 2005 within the customer service department. He has held an account service representative position and quickly moved to the key service representative. He has been working with a group of specific national accounts. He previously worked as an outside sales representative for Frank B. Fuhrer Wholesale and has several years experience in sales.

Jeff Ignozzi
Jeff Ignozzi will be assuming the key business development representative Jeff has over 15 years sales experience and joined Leed’s in 2006. Jeff is excited to collaborate with Leed’s national account customers and to share sales ideas.
